Imad Alnazli – Structural & Civil Engineering Expert with Global Legacy

With over 23 years of hands-on experience in structural, civil, and infrastructure engineering, I have led and delivered some of the world’s most complex and critical construction projects—from military infrastructure and airport fuel complexes to high-rise rehabilitation and cast-in-situ concrete mega structures.

I specialise in delivering structural steel work, reinforced concrete (RC) design and execution, fire-rated cladding systems, EWS1-compliant façade packages, drainage, storm water networks, RO and STP plants, and non-destructive boring under roadways—all with full integration of structural engineering and construction compliance.

My background spans three continents:

In Dubai, I led the Address Hotel rehabilitation post-fire (for Emaar with AECOM) and managed tunneling works on the Dubai Eye Access Highway (with Parsons).
In Abu Dhabi, I oversaw construction of the Landmark Tower, completing the largest single-pour concrete raft in the Middle East (16,000m³).
For Lockheed Martin, I engineered and delivered the longest cast-in-situ concrete shooting portal ever built (45m clear span).
In Canada, I contributed to the Place d’Orléans and Chapman Mills housing infrastructure as a structural site engineer.
With Siemens, I managed construction of a pioneering battery substation for the Abu Dhabi grid.
Across these projects, I have delivered:

About Our Associate Director – Youmni Shiekha Architectural Vision with Global Depth

With over 30 years of experience in architecture and urban development, our Associate Director brings unrivalled design leadership and technical expertise to every project we undertake. A graduate of the University of Damascus in Architectural Engineering, and further certified in UK Building Studies, AutoCAD, and Health & Safety, he has delivered award-winning work in residential, commercial, industrial, and tourism-based developments across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Having worked with global architecture leaders such as Broadway Malyan, HOK International, Atkins, Sturgis Associates, and T P Bennett, he has contributed to major landmark projects ranging from £100 million mixed-use developments in Russia to BREEAM-certified office complexes in Central London and Coca-Cola’s production hub in Northern Ireland.

His architectural portfolio includes:

In recent years, through YMS Design Ltd and YOM ARCH Ltd, he has directed planning applications, building control submissions, and on-site construction management for new build housing, block extensions, care homes, and compliance upgrades across London and the southeast.

With fluency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio, VectorWorks, and Photoshop, and deep knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Part M accessibility, fire strategy layouts, and planning frameworks, he ensures that every design is functional, compliant, and visually exceptional.
